Your Breeze Care Plan stays the same whether you're home, traveling, or away for the season. There's no separate “away mode” charge and no need to change plans each time you leave.
When your home is vacant, scheduled visits naturally place greater attention on entry points, visible plumbing concerns, interior temperature, packages, exterior conditions, and the items included in your personalized away checklist.

Additional tasks, materials, repairs, extended appointments, and third-party services are quoted or billed separately.
HOME SIZE PRICING
Standard plan pricing applies to homes up to 5,000 sq. ft.
5,001–5,800 sq. ft. — +$15/month
5,801–6,500 sq. ft. — +$30/month
Over 6,500 sq. ft. — Custom quote
PLAN DETAILS: Standard HVAC filter service includes up to two standard 1-inch filters valued at up to $15 each, replaced every three months. Specialty or additional filters, replacement batteries, and light bulbs are billed separately.
