WHAT DO WE CHECK?
Every home is different, but each Breeze Home Watch visit follows a consistent visual checklist designed to identify changes, visible concerns, and items that may need your attention.
Walk the exterior perimeter and visually check doors, windows, gates, exterior damage, storm or weather concerns, signs of unwanted activity, and obvious landscaping or irrigation issues.
EXTERIOR & ENTRY
Check sinks, toilets, visible supply lines, water heater area, and accessible plumbing areas for visible leaks, moisture, or other concerns.
WATER & PLUMBING
Walk interior areas and check doors and windows, look for signs of intrusion, pests, unusual odors, visible damage, and other changes since the previous visit.
INTERIOR & SECURITY
Verify interior temperature and thermostat settings, observe HVAC operation, check selected lights and electrical items, and visually review other agreed-upon home systems.
